Rejlers: Rejlers acquires HVAC adviser AJL
Rejlers acquires the Norwegian advisory company Andresen, Jacobsen & Løyning AS (AJL). AJL is renowned for its expertise in designing HVAC facilities. With the acquisition, Rejlers and AJL will together be able to provide interdisciplinary services in electrical and HVAC installations, in addition to total and comprehensive energy and ITB deliveries (Integrated Technical Building Installations).
– It is a great pleasure for us to get AJL on board, and it is completely in line with our growth strategy to grow both organically and through acquisitions. AJL complements us very well, says CEO of Rejlers Norway, Petter Arnesen in the press release.
AJL provides engineering services to all HVAC facilities, including pre-project, collaboration in engineering group, preparation of tender documents, contracting and implementation, as well as follow-up during the construction phase. AJL also has central approval for all relevant areas of HVAC.
In addition, the company has special expertise in energy assessments and econometrics, complex rehabilitation projects, technical building management and project management, as well as condition checks.
– Rejlers has impressed us. They have broad professional expertise, and with experts all over the Nordic region, they have the muscle to take on large projects. Together we form a significant force in the electrical and HVAC field that will be very exciting. In addition, Rejlers has an internal culture that we look forward to joining, says Morten Løyning, partner and General Manager of AJL in the press release.
The takeover of AJL will take effect from 1 November 2021.
